Women's hair all over the bathroom, toilet would not flush middle of the night had to fix that. Sink drain was disconnected so water would not drain....had to fix both at 1 am...

Very good location! And good size room.

Very poor breakfast! One day didn't have coffee and spoon. Under weekend, paper plates, cups and bowls.

Welcomed by Diego who was very accommodating and professional. Nice hotel with everything we could have wanted for a stay. Loved the automated window shades and it was a blackout which we valued! Sizeable room, kitchenette was great and comfortable bed (pillows could be better). Glad we were given a quiet room away from the crying kids and barking dog (we love both, but we don't want to hear them). We hope to stay again when we return for business.

Breakfast was a cluster... I'm assuming they need more than one staff member because the one who was working it couldn't keep up with the demand. Food was empty, coffee was empty, we had to ask for assistance. The serving drawers are ridiculous - get rid of them (we stay in hotels 30 weeks out of the year and have had plenty of hotel breakfasts - this set up was ridiculous). There was no one to wipe down tables, which also featured some incredibly short chairs and a table (my arms could barely clear it - and I'm NOT short!). The whole breakfast set up needs to be re-thought and streamlined. Additionally, fortunately upon check in, I asked for facecloths and hand towels because once in the room there was ONLY 3 bath towels and nothing else - no bathmat, washcloths or hand towels. Otherwise the bedroom / bath was fine.

very good surprise this property for me !! Big room, very good temperature inside, very good internet, new everything, clean, it was one of the best facilities I had in the US.

The room was great, lots of space. We did stay in a suite with a large fridge and dishwasher and a sofa.

The ice machine was at the total other end of the hall, which wasnt that big of a deal but just wanted to note that. We had the TV working and then turned it off and left the hotel, when we came back the TV would not turn back on. It was late and didnt worry about it, but the following morning called front desk to ask about it and they were unaware of how to fix it and maintenence wasn't there at the time. We were checking out, so it didnt matter, if we were staying longer I hope that would have been able to fix the issue. Other than that the stay was just fine, and we would stay again.
