"Exceptional"

The room was perfect for us. (Grandma, Mom, 2 children) The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was a good size refrigerator and a nice little kitchen area . The grandkids loved the pool. The breakfast was good and plenty of choices. I like the 11 am check out ( I don't feel rushed)

We paid extra on wifi so grandkids could use their VR but after purchasing it, we still had to use our phones for connection. Not worth the purchase (slow and glitchy) Breakfast bar was closed by 9:30. G.kids didn't wake up until around that time luckily I had grabbed an extra plate. Overall a great experience.

"Expectations by a loyal Hilton Honors member were not met"

Clean room and lobby / breakfast area, good location close to restaurants and shopping mall, speedy and large elevators, rather quiet, plenty of parking available.

Check-in took a long time on a not so busy at nearly 11pm (we were the only ones in the lobby) since the person at the counter was by herself and got interrupted twice by incoming phone calls that each took a while to answer. It would have been easy for her to simply put the calls on hold and address the only live customer standing in front of her. Free hot chain hotel breakfast is never really good, but the food at this Home8 was cold, tasted stale, was difficult to access and was underwhelming overall.
