"Cuxhaven ... eine Reise wert 😊!"

Mir/uns hat die Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr gut gefallen. Alles da auf kleinem, gut kalkuliertem Raum 😊. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 😊. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut und hat mir/uns geschmeckt.

Das System, nach dem im Hotel geputzt wurde, war mir/uns zunächst nicht klar. Ich habe an der Rezeption nachgefragt, das System erklärt bekommen und dann mein 'Putzbegehren' 😉 über den QR-Code rechtzeitig für den dritten Tag eingereicht. Wir hatte fünf Nächte gebucht. Geputzt wurde nicht. Ich hätte gerne den Müll entfernt gehabt. Vielleicht könnte das noch besser kommuniziert werden?
