Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bett war bequem, das Bettzeug sauber und das Badezimmer recht modern und barrierefrei.

Die Sauberkeit insgesamt ist definitiv ausbaufähig. (Die Oberflächen waren verstaubt, der Duschkopf + die Badezimmerwand (Nähe Waschbecken) + die Fernbedienung waren verdreckt, teilweise sogar ehrheblich.) Ich hatte das Gefühl das Zimmer ist ewig nicht mehr genutzt worden. Da bin ich von B&B besseres gewohnt. Was mir noch negativ aufgefallen ist, ist die Geräuschkulisse. Die Türen sind übergröß und beim schließen recht laut. Hinzukommt das ich ein Zimmer Nähe des Fahrstuhles hatte und dieser so zu hören war, als stände ich direkt daneben, leider auch nach 23 Uhr.
