CAโI booked my stay for $794 and paid a security deposit upon check-in. At checkout, the front desk assured me the deposit would be refunded. However, after returning home, I noticed I was charged an additional $166.61 that was never returned. I reached out to the hotel to clarify the chargesโassuming it might just be a misunderstanding or a calculation errorโbut to my shock, they told me they 'could not answer my question.' If this is indeed an error, I have overpaid by $166.61 with no resolution in sight. Extremely disappointed in their lack of transparency and customer service.

USGreat stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Natalie at the front desk she was incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
