"Truely great experience in hospitality."

The entire stay was the best I have experienced. On arrival the room was ready and was impeccable. The hotel overall was absolutely lovely and well maintained. Breakfast was well priced and offered a great selection of options. We absolutely will be staying there again next time we pass through.

There was no aspect requiring improvement. As mentioned, it was perfect.

We got the lorikeet suite for my friend and I. Very clean and spacious. Bathroom was seperate from the bedroom which is convenient. Suits friends or family with kids. Modern. Allowed us a 1pm check in and a 12 pm check out which was so lovely. Close the everything you can walk. Underground parking, check in first as you need the card to tap into carpark. Staff lovely. Free gift and free water bottles.

Facilities need a tidy and pressure wash/clean. Pool area was tired and needing new pillows and good pressure wash around walking areas and the courtyard. Could open door to courtyard but couldn’t open any windows to let fresh air in. I’d say this is a very nice 4 star apart from this feedback and would 100% stay again when coming here.
