A few days before our trip, I submitted a special request asking for a small “Happy Birthday” note for my partner, and I even received confirmation from the hotel that the request would be arranged. However, when we arrived at the room that night, there was nothing prepared at all. It was very disappointing, especially since it was such a simple request that meant a lot to us.

The Hampton Studio was lovely & cosy- beautiful soothing colour scheme, plenty of space for bags, etc & a lovely view over the pretty courtyard. We dined at the hotel restaurant which was really good with great staff, but the breakfast the next morning was exceptional...everything on the plate was done perfectly.
