Me parece que Hoteles Ayenda estan estafando al público con sus fotos, ellos lo promocionan como hotel y las instalaciines no califican ya que no cuentan con áreas de piscina, gimnasio etc...sus habitaciones son muy pequeñas con divisiones de drywall, el lugar califica como hospedaje, esta a muy buen precio y cerca al malecon del Rio Magdalena. Por otro lado quiero mencionar que esta muy bien ubicado, al frente hay un super mercado de MAKRO donde encuentras de todo, tambien la atencion de los trabajadores fue muy adecuada.

I stayed here for carnival, and it was ideal. It's fair to say you're not getting luxury, but as a base it's in a great location for accessing both the carnival & street party. All I needed was a comfy bed, AC & great WiFi, and it did those. There's a supermarket right around the corner & plenty of restaurants nearby. But by far the best part was the staff. Mayra & the others went above and beyond, giving me all the information & tips I needed to ensure I wasn't overcharged at carnival, and made sure I got back in one piece. They also spoke to my shuttle company when they called, as my Spanish wasn't good enough. I felt really looked after, and can't thank the team there enough.

The walls are super thin, if you apply a small amount of pressure, you can feel the walls bending. The rooms are separated by simply a piece of drywall and nothing less. You can clearly hear the people in the rooms next to you. There is a curfew and after that certain time of night, the three doors you must pass to enter the hotel are locked. There are signs stating you must call a number so someone can open the doors for you but when you call, it goes straight to voicemail. That being said, you must ring the doorbell which is quite loud and everyone in the hotel can hear it, you will most likely wake everyone that is sleeping. The worst feature is that doors do not lock. The rooms are tiny. There’s no wifi. The water pressure in the shower is low. The bed is not very comfortable. The tv in the room was barely hanging and the remote was quite sensitive. The only good thing about the hotel is that there is Air Conditioning and the rate for the room is cheap. If you’re looking for a comfortable hotel with minimal to no issues, this is NOT it. Look elsewhere. If you’re looking for simply a place to rest for the night, it is a decent place to stay, but not for extended stays. They also don’t have a card reader for purchases.
