Aceptable

The property is in walking distance to bars and restaurant and the Carnaval event. The AC worked well and is available all day.

Very expensive for the value (the price was most likely higher due to being Carnaval period).

I loved staying here. The ladies who run the hotel were so sweet. I started calling them my Colombian Mothers. This place is great to location, for the cost, and for the wonderful staff.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I came for the Carnaval and had paid ALREADY 430 COP for 3 nights. On day 2, they told me they had given me a wrong price and had to pay 500 COP for the last night. Those rooms are pretty basic and before Carnaval paid ~70COP/night. This means they wanted to make +7X the standard cost. Remember, I had already paid for the 3 nights. Unbelievable lack of professionalism as we ended up discussing “he said-she said”. They literally gave me my money back and kicked me out on a day that is close to impossible to find places to sleep in Barranquilla. In summary, their mistakes are paid by their customers without giving a toll. Ended up taking the first bus to Cartagena. I would not recommend this place at all but at 60-65COP per night could be a decent place to stay. Stay away from these vultures.
