Behaviour of staff was excellant.

Hot water was not available. Had to use kettle for hot water to take bath as advised by staff.

"Staff behaviour was excellant."

Staff were helpful and cooperative.

Breakfast was not up to the mark. Solar water heater was not working. We had to use kettle provided by hotel to get hot water for taking bath. Normal Electric geyser in each room would be better and economical for them to save water.

"A decent stay & a great location."

I liked the location, cleanliness, size of the room, the amenities provided, clean bathroom and the behaviour of each and every staff from security to liftman to receptionist. It was a very nice stay.

The bed. It was not comfortable. My body was aching.
