First day breakfast, uttapam was horrible as it was not properly coocked. Second day, idly, upama was ok. Samber given is quite little.

The worst thing is that the ac setting is not in our control. They have fixed the settings and it is not cooling the room. Even volume of tv is fixed by them, what is this? Not understandable. So, facilities are there but of no use. This is quite irritating. Staff is helpless, they can not help in this regards.

The centre of the city, railway station and beaches are easily accessible. The staff are very good and helpful.

Bathrooms are too small, no dental kits etc are provided. Also taps are not working properly, And the food provided was bad and we had to eat outside.

Pleasant location with all essential shops nearby Ideal place for all aged people

Clean rooms and friendly staff is the main thing.
