Dirty room, bad communication

Very nice place! Unique experience with it being a partial residential building but everyone was kind and it was easy to navigate. There is a separate elevator entrance for hotel guests, but there is a back entrance of the building that is close. Felt safe walking around, but it is a big city so be on your usual guard.

Lots of reviews talk about the entrance being weird, and yea it’s kind of strange to have to go the basement to get to elevators, but I never felt unsafe. It was really simple to check in. Once you have your key fob you can go in and out of the resident entrance and avoid having to walk through the parking garage. There is a concierge at the desk there all the time, so it felt really safe. Apartments are big and comfortable. Not the cleanest, but you gave laundry and they had detergent there, if you wanted to wash everything. Overall would be great for a family and I would stay again.

apartment smelled of cigarettes, and I think the ac was broken. set at 68 and never went below 80 even with all the windows covered. we woke up sweating. besides that, really nice apartment.

The property was locked after we left for dinner and we couldn't get into the room. Took them over 2 hours to get us in the property. I was promised to receive $150 credit which I didn't get yet. Please process the refund as soon as possible.

Property is nice and decently equipped. Drawback was dishwasher was broken which explains why the dishes in the cupboards were greasy and looked like they had just been wiped down with a rag. Also garbage disposal was broken. We did put in a complaint on a Friday and they responded promptly but we were checking out Sunday.

Elevator was out of service.

Complicated check in and check out process. There's no front desk assistant on the designated area for sonder. We had to call the phone number provided. The lady that assisted us and showed us to our room seems high. She brought us to the basement parking and to another elevator access to the room. It would be a hard walk if you have big luggages. Checking out was more complicated since they told us to leave the keyfob on the dinner table and you need the keyfob for the elevator to go down to the lobby and access the basement parking to the main lobby. So my husband had to wait for me in the elevator and hold the door so we dont get locked in the buildling. Overall very complicated check in and out. Room is clean it has everything you need. Prepare to pay $55+ per night just to park your car by valet.

It’s good to stay with full kitchen access

Big enough room, dishwasher, washer and dryer available. But some curtain rail part was broken and shower head was broken. But not that bad.
