Property was nice. Our room was spacious and clean. Blankets, pillows and towels were rough almost sandpaper like as though no fabric softer was used.

There was slight confusion as to how to get to the apartment, but once that was sorted out, it was great. The apt was a generous size, clean and comfortable. Only complain is blinking light on the smoke detector that was strategically placed right by the bed!

They do need to invest in TV in the rooms on the BNB side of the property. We had the two bedroom apt and no tvs in the rooms. So we all had to watch TV in the living room

Everything was wonderful at this Sonder (Statler) Location. The room was affordable and well worth the money. Spacious, clean, and a perfect location in Downtown Dallas. Lots to do for a couples weekend or a family outing. Thank you once again Sonder!

Great experience! Very clean and easy access. Parking is not easy though

Wondering location, spacious apartment, very comfortable and convenient.

There was a roach, mold in the shower, and a bad odor from the closet/laundry room, the tv remote wasn’t working. I called to Sonder and they agreed to refund an amount and never sent the confirmation. Picture were taken.

The guys at the entrance of the hotel are amazing.
