All great

It was out 5th Anniversary! It was totally ruined with roaches crawling in the kitchen where I had to prepare food and throw it away! Disguised disappointment and embarrassed!

It was a really fun experience. The apartments were really nice and the amenities were really nice. Help was always only a call away. I really loved the fridge, furniture and kitchen. The view!!!!!!!

The apartment was really nice, modern and pretty clean. The floor I stayed on's hallway smelled so moldy- but the apartment thankfully didn't. I would stay here again- the only thing worth noting is that you have to take stairs and go through the parking garage to get to the Sonder elevators, which I just wasn't expecting. Our luggage was heavy so hauling that down a set of stairs was inconvenient and IDK what you'd do if you were in a wheel chair or had a hard time with stairs but otherwise I would recommend!

I enjoying my stay

Elevator didn't work. The key card didn't work. Very expensive for parking and the bar area was very run down

If u check in after 10pm it will be a key fob On the table in a lock box.. I showed up at the property after 10pm no instructions On how to get the key fob.. The instructions was only for the access to the room and a code to get in the door.. I had to call the number in order to see which lockbox was mines and what’s the 4 digit code to unlock it.. one lady showed up with a picture of the lockbox and code that someone sent to her in advance when she called and told them she will be checking in after 10pm

It has been better. Bathroom sink was cracked, door lock was loose giving a very vulnerable impression and sofa was stained. Previous stay was outstanding. The space is amazing. Something is happening which has concerned me to select it for the next stay.

I have been at Sonder at Commerce many times. Overall is the best compromise for me with all the comforts. There are always one or two issues with the apartments, but the Sonder app works pretty well and assistance is quite fast anyway, so never disappointed.

Was a great stay! Staff were warm and welcoming, the apartment was neat and tidy.
