Suite was great. It had full kitchen and 1.5 bath. My only complaint is that it is really hard to get to your room. You have to go through the parking garage to get to the lobby of the Statler, which is a good walk. This would be fine if you are staying long term but it was kinda difficult for just a weekend if you want to use the hotel amenities.

Studio room was very comfortable, as was the bed. Only drawback was access was a little complicated. Had a washer/dryer in the room. There was a direct connection to the adjoining Statler Hotel, but only for leaving the property.

Had to wait for a long time to check in. The desk wS unattended

This is a unique opportunity to stay in a rather popular and expensive hotel without the higher price tag. Conveniently located with many dining options within walking distance, it allowed for a lot of experience in a short time span. Loved the pool. Before you go be sure to read about the unique entry and check in process. While I read some complaints, I didn't have any issues since I was informed.

Was incredibly pleased and impressed by the space and amenities provided by Sonder.

The parking staff was very nice and courteous. The residents receptionist was nice and helpful about the local events going on in the area the was walking distance. The pool was a nice size and easily accessible. The room was clean and it met all our needs.

Checking in took an hour and a half, the gentlemen that finally arrived said he was off the clock and was obviously drinking. Only gave us 1 code had to spend an hour on the phone before I got my room code . Very frustrating . Hotel room was clean
