The apartment was a nice space. Positives: lots of room, the kitchen was well appointed, the instructions were confusing but had pictures to help. Things to do better or differently:1) the stairs to get access from the lobby to the garage are not well lit and there doesn’t seem to be an elevator or ramp alternative; 2) the garage is open access and one crosses it to get to the facility - have a direct entrance; 3) having all those paths dumpnout onto the streets - I walked in some pretty desolate sidewalks getting to the front of the hotel, it was quite scary and carrying luggage up those stairs wasn’t feasible;4) both lights at bedside were out, hard to maneuver, and 5) tell people there’s no regular network tv available. I tried to make something come on, missed my network tv! Just a few little tweaks and this will be an excellent adventure!

This is a nice property. It was very stylish, roomy and an excellent value for comparable properties in the area. The location puts you in the heart of downtown. We were able to get a percentage of our food or gifts on the hotel property. One of the things you will have to navigate is the check in desk is around the corner and it is regularly attended but there were a couple of times during working business hours when someone was not there for a while and guests had to wait. Overall, I think most people would be pleased by their experience.

Everything was great

No housekeeping. No staff at checking in or out.

Great location and like the OverEasy restaurant in side the hotel and all of the other Amenities.

Pros: Clean, Spacious, Modern Furniture, Good Internet Coverage, Several Amenities Cons: Very Low Quality Mattress in master bedroom, very dim lights, some outlets don't work (required resetting the circuit breaker)

Great home with super comfortable beds.

This is a terrific place to stay. The building is well-maintained and has a great vibe. The apartments are well appointed, modern and very comfortable. Check in is hard. The Sonder apartments are on the other side of the hotel. You can’t just check in. You have to find a Sonder table in an obscure corner of the lobby and then call someone. Then carry your bags down a flight of stairs and through the garage to the residential elevators. Once you’re in, it’s great. Getting in. Not so great. But manage your expectations well and you’re golden.

The independence of check-in with Sonder support if needed was nice. The accommodations were comfortable, stocked appropriately, and the views and amenities were lovely. Needed mentions: the unit was not as tidy as we’re accustomed to with Sonder properties (the bathroom needed more care), the powder room toilet randomly flushed the entire visit, and noise from the tenants above during quiet hours was VERY disruptive.
