Other reviews stated that checkin was cumbersome. However, that couldn’t be farther from the truth. I got messaged a detailed checkin guide and the room/apartment wasn’t hard to find. The location was very nice in downtown Dallas. The communication with Sonder was great as well. All amenities were as stated on the website. Overall great experience, I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely loved location and convenience of this property. Great bars and restaurants inside The Statler. Plus pretty close to grocery. The only thing I wished for was hand soap in bathrooms - so totally weird to not provide but they had some in kitchen.

They were making renovations to the carpet on our floor. We were exposed to chemicals and prohibited from leaving our room for hours due to renovations.

Great value and unique property. It is my home away from home and will continue to use it every couple months. My thanks to the owner.

The water dripping off the windows onto the floor constantly was the only problem with this apartment

The rooms need a little work but it’s minor cosmetic issues. Instructions for check in and navigating the property are a little confusing but staff on site are very friendly and helpful. Overeasy restaurant in lobby is just ok if you’re in a hurry to get a quick bite to eat.

Lovely apartment within easy walking distance of restaurants and transport. Our only feedback would be to ensure the email with the lockbox details are provided to those arriving well after the check in time. Whilst we had to place a call to receive this information, the customer service we received was excellent.

I love stay here

The stay was great! They had plenty of security which i appreciated. They are very communicative and get back to you once you inquire. The room was clean and prepared when i waslked in.

We had a great stay at Sonder at Commerce, Super clean, big apartment for family of 4 and walking distance to lovely restaurants and coffee shops!! Highly recomended!!
