Convenient location, g9od facilities, very clean

Very clean, plenty of room to sit and socialise. Short distance to high street and bars. Great communication from booking to end of the stay.

House had what we needed for a night's stay. It felt like a student house but it was clean & beds were comfy. Secure parking at the back was great.

The location was okay, would be good for going to a sporting event or gig at Old Tafford but was a 25 min walk into Manchester through residential streets. The kitchen was really well equipped but lacking glasses, this has been fed back to the host so hopefully resolved.

The property is very good, spacious, and has most of what a family needs, except for a dishwasher. It is in a great location with easy access to public transport and has parking in the backyard. There are also several nearby services, like grocery stores, which made our stay more convenient. The Wi-Fi is strong, and the TV comes with Netflix and Disney Plus, which we really enjoyed, watching many movies. We also had a great time watching the fireworks on New Year’s Eve.

We had trouble getting the central heating to work. We turned on the boiler, but the heaters didn’t start working until we found the central key to adjust the heat (near the main door). It would be really helpful if the team could provide clear instructions on how to use the system and make them available in the property. Another issue is that the backyard door is stiff; we couldn’t use the key properly until we applied some oil.

The property have it’s own parking and it’s a comfortable place to stay in just a 6 min drive away from the city centre (depending on the traffic ) and 5mins away from Old trafford

The floor makes alot of noise when. You in every room.

mould all over shower/bath area. couch was disgusting with food & coins etc all stuffed in the middle of it.. now because we had a little music playing with 8 guests laughing & joking they aren’t giving us our £250 deposit back. absolutely disgusting this, when we left the place clean & tidy with no damage & no mess left.

The place was clean and good representation was good the only thing is holding deposit and it make you so nervous you became scared because you don't wanted to lose you the deposit you don't felt free in the house everytime wiping and cleaning you mor tired although you come for a break it to much rules it a nice place

To much rule we all are adults we moping and wiping to much

Everything was perfect...location clean comfortable etc...

Not give extra time like we have disabled child so ask extra time but they charged...normally we do lots of airbnb they never charge for extra if check out late...
