Poor Communication, when we opened our room was not yet clean from the last person. This is the first and first time in my entire life happened. The front desk has no idea if the cleaners are done or not so they will know what to do. So my husband went back to the front desk and report so we got a different room to the 3rd floor and it was good and clean room.

The staff was nice

The front desk lady forgot to give my ID back to me and I didn't realize until I was at a restaurant and needing my ID. I had to call to make sure they still had it at the front desk. When I got back the police were there because some guests were suspected of doing drugs and or alcohol in the motel and the staff wanted them trespassed. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and felt like they were going to break.
