Staff was friendly enought.

When we got to our room and opened door, the room had not been cleaned. Both beds had been slept in and dirty towels and washcloths in bathroom. Front desk clerk could not print us out a receipt for our stay. Questionable people just hanging around in lobby and by 4th floor elevator.

The room was very clean and it was easy to check in and out. We saved 20% on breakfast at IHOP since they don’t have breakfast at the hotel.

Everything is very basic - only the minimum is supplied for towels and bedding. The air conditioning unit was very loud.

sinks didnt drain and caused extreme humidity and rooms were very run down and dirty, no soap was provided

Everything. Beds are totally uncomfortable, sink drain in kitchen made noise all night, very loud with doors banging and people talking and all over the facility. Room was not clean by any means. Nobody at desk even after 8 a.m. drop off box for room cards completely full so people has to place them on the counter in hopes that nobody took them. There was not one staff member at all to contact or to be seen in the morning.

A/C wasn’t working very well. Refrigerator was very loud. No real blanket on the bed, it was more like another sheet. Fitted sheet wasn’t secured. Hot water wasn’t very hot.
