It was private and homey and so close to town.

We had an issue (of our own making) after hours and it took longer to resolve than one would hope.

The apartment and the location was fantastic. I wanted a place in QT where I could wake up to the lake, the mountains and nature, this apartment made my dream come true. We had the studio apartment #5, small but good enough room, 3 of us in the family so a roll-on bed was made available. On hindsight, if the sofa could become a sofa-cum-bed, it would have given more space in the room. The room & the build felt new, bathroom with heated floors, the fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher and fridge, the common laundry facilities on the ground floor, the promptness of the support staff, the detailed information on how to fetch the keys till where to park the car were just perfect, well-coordinated and sufficient not to have any problems for the guests. Under 10 mins walking to the main center where all the resturants, shops and pubs were, everything was just perfect. Loved it and definitely recommend this place highly. Too bas they have just 5 apartment units, that's why they tend to get booked out so often!

Maybe a little detergent for washing clothes in all units as an emergency would be nice. Change the sofa to sofa-cum-bed. Also, our room safe was not working, because it was weekend, they couldn't get it fixed.
