Allowed us to drop off bags beforehand, great immediate communication, lock box in convenient place - message sent via booking.com, email and whatsapp with code and location, manager met us when we dropped off bags and showed us the physical location, allowed us a late check out and to leave bags at the end of the our stay. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, fantastic location and view (particularly the aurora helpfully laid-on!), well equipped kitchen, lovely fluffy robes, cosy cushions and throws ... just amazing!

"Beautiful well appointed apartments with great views."

The location is close to town and all the amenities and attractions. The view down on the foreshore is beautiful. The apartment is well appointed with high end furniture an fixtures. We are looking forward to our stay here again in March.

Parking is an issue with some cars taking up all of the space by parking haphazardly. Perhaps this could be resolved by some lines marking the spaces.

"Perfect"

The fantastic views with no obstructions! It takes around 3-5 mins walking to the center of the town, which is very convenient. We feel chill just seating on the balcony and do nothing. The apartment is so cozy that making us feel like staying at home. The great heater, all the facilities, nice landlord team, thoughtful guidance, everything's perfect!

It would be better if the curtains of the bedroom are able to block out more light.

Walking distance to town center. Property is overlooking the lake and with parking space in front. Kitchenette was well equipped with laundry facility (including washing detergent).

Only one coffee capsule was provided.

The location is convenient and close to the lake, which is nice for a short stay. The room itself was generally fine and functional. The property has potential if managed more professionally.

Communication from the property was aggressive and unprofessional, especially during check-out. I was accused of issues that I strongly dispute, and the way staff addressed me was inappropriate and disrespectful. This significantly affected my overall experience.
