"Place just like home"

Excellent location to be based on. Fantastic views. No issue with privacy even when our room was on the ground floor. Felt just like home as we walked in. Comfortable beds. Quality toilet paper. Attention to small details which made a very memorable stay. Very easy check in process. Easy instructions sent before we arrived. The accommodation also provided a telephone for guests. We were grateful because we could only use the Internet. We could contact the manager about the bed arrangement. We were assisted in a timely manner.

It's very hard to find one that we don't like about this accommodation! It would be great if booking.com.shared the correct room requested in the first place.

Very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. So close to the city centre, shops, restaurants and access to tours, lakeside walks and local buses. Not to mention the stunning view from every apartment! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Staff were very helpful.

A beautiful place to stay with all the luxuries needed. Comfy bed. Lovely and warm. Sam was wonderful to accommodate us after our flights were cancelled and we will definitely recommend it to others. Good close walk to town too.

"I would highly recommend this property. It’s an easy walk to town and has a beautiful view."

The unit has spectacular views, although maybe not from the ground floor. We stayed on the second level with an open balcony. The kitchenette was fantastic and the room was spacious.

Each of us had two pillows to choose from however they were both the same and too soft. Ideally you would have one firm and one soft so people can choose what works better. Also, it would be great to have some coat hooks inside the cupboard or in the room as our jackets were all over the place
