We booked two nights here. After checking out and leaving the key in the room as instructed, we realized we had left something behind. We immediately contacted the host to ask for help. Although the host said someone could come, they called us “idiots” — unbelievably rude and unprofessional. There was no sense of hospitality or basic respect. A person with such an attitude should not be allowed to run accommodation. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Everything about this property was amazing! The location spectacular, communication and service phenomenal. We stayed in our apartment for a whole week for our wedding, and the service we received was delightful and super accomodating - we really appreciated the level of service we received.

Aside from the initial check in delay, (the staff put the keys in the wrong lock box and we had to find a way to contact the manager without being able to call because of our phone plan). Everything else went fine and the apartment location is superb. Lake front view and walking distance to town.

We absolutely loved our stay here and found it so easy to walk a few minutes into the shopping and eating area of Queenstown! The view from the apartment was incredible and we didn’t want to leave. The amenities were great, well considered and everything worked as it should. Would stay again and highly recommend to others. The bonus was use of complimentary washer and dryer!
