I recently stayed at this Hilton property and had a very disappointing experience. The room was not cleaned properly at all. The bathroom was in horrible condition — torn towels, visible mold on the shower, walls, and bathtub. It was completely unacceptable and unhygienic for a hotel of this brand. After raising a complaint, I was given a room upgrade, but that does not justify how such a room was initially assigned to a guest. It seriously questions the housekeeping standards. Breakfast was also below average and did not meet expectations from Hilton. Overall, this stay was far from the quality and service one expects from an international hotel chain. Very disappointing.
