Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi

Experience was too good. Room service was fantastic especially with Suraj kale. He is nice and very helpful. I loved the stay.

This hotel has seen better days. While overall service levels are still very good, the staff courteous, and the service prompt the rooms need a bit more 'attention'. Minor annoyances just let down our stay - the carpet in the hallway had food crumbs near the doors and needs better cleaning; one of the bathroom lights was not working in our room; the power in the rooms (including the a/c) is motion sensor controlled cond cuts off in the middle of the night when you are asleep (and no movement) making the room hot. As for the positives - the breakfast buffet has a nice spread and several live counters. Bed is comfortable and the linen clean. There are 5 restaurants which I felt was one too many for a hotel this size.

Hospitality of staff

The property is good but the room that was given to us was very bad, it had many problems like Drainage was blocked in room, the overhead shower and hand shower both working together so it was difficult to take bath, there was no hot water in the room, kettle was broken.

Extensive choice, lots of variety.

Bathroom leaked, wayer dripping ftom the light above the shower.

Very good service provide throughout stay by suraj. food was delicious. All staf members are supportive entire stay. Best experience 🙂

The experience was great, Athul and Suraj assisted very nicely and the food was excellent too. Must visit, the location is good too.
