Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi

Superb. Outstanding. Hospitality at its Best. We 7 Friends from Mumbai were to meet after decades and were wondering where should it be. We had circled quite a lot of options though but Finally chose the Hilton Garden Inn Hinjewadi and trust me it was the best decision ever. Right from the smooth checkin by Himanshu at the front desk till the last minute of our stay, everything was smooth and seamless. The Rooms were neat and clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the Food at the Ruhmani which was wide spread and equally very delicious. A special mention and Thanks to their GM Mr.Ramesh Pimple who was attending guests himself. Also a big Thanks to their Chef Mr. Suryakant who has magic in his Hands. Not to forget Satish, Ishan, Susheer, Rahul and Sandip for their welcoming smiling serving gestures. To circle it up, We had a memorable Holiday. Looking forward to being there again. Highly recommend to all.

Pathetic experience with food, flies all over the food and no one cares. Delayed service order today and expect tomorrow. Empty pots during dinner buffet, it it's late to refill don't acceptc guests. If you can't serve order don't admit guests for buffet. Stale desserts just to ensure that they do not leave any stone unturned to spoil your mood. Same is the case with morning breakfast, flies all over, unresponsive live counters that too at 7:15 AM in the morning when restaurant was 90% vacant.

Stayed for 1 night only. Bed was comfortable, room slightly compact by Pune standards. A small pool at the terrace which strangely closes at 6:30PM. Quite a few broken things in the bathroom. Room service extremely poor. Manager, I think his name was Inayat was pleasant to talk to and helpful.
