"Loud hotel room, workmen outside my window."

The breakfast was nice.

Workmen outside my window on the 11th floor banging and drilling, I was shocked, had to pull my curtains so they couldnโ€™t see inside. Cleaner also walked into my room without knocking, I had late checkout. For a luxury hotel, I was extremely disappointed! I had better service from Travel Lodge and Leonardos!
