CLEAN!! Modern. Felt like a very luxury experience despite the less ยฃ200 a night price tag. Staff were incredibly professional and polite.

The breakfast very good with a lot of variety and wide range of choices.

We could not charge our phones, the tv was not coming on. It was only when we were about to sleep, that's when we discovered that it was actually an electrical fault In room 1211. Since it was almost midnight, we thought we might as well just sleep and report in the morning. No-one picked the phone in the morning when i phoned. I had to go down a report thats when the issue was resolved. It turned out the electricity had tripped. My question is: Is it not proper to just have a quick check of the rooms before the guests go in?.
