Grand Summit Hotel General Santos

Service is excellent. Everyone in the staff are very helpful. Rooms are nice, large and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in General Santos City

Someone unauthorized stupid hacker who used my credit card beware of those 2 travelers who check in last January 15-17 Catch them They are responsible to pay the bills they used for accommodation in your hotel. I already filed the dispute to whoever they are.

Next to the Robinson mall where the have the customs office

Loud noises coming from a bar across the street, from evening to dawn. This is very annoying. Rooms are large.

No doubt the best hotel in General Santos

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had!

Their AC is weak. Couldn't achieve 18deg Celsius. I was moved to a different room but the temp still doesn't go below 20deg even at 4am.

The lavatory is too far to each, not standard. Also, the coffee sachet and creamer sachet are so hard to open.

Excellent hotel and one staff member in particular is the best there is.

施設は新しくきれいでした。プールやフィットネスジムもきれいにメンテナンスされています。ただ外国人観光客が少なく必要に迫られていないためか、TV放送は国内番組のみBBC、ABCやNHKBS等外国のTV放送はありません。グリーンリーフホテルがSMモールに隣接、空港シャトルバスを運行しているのに対し、ロビンソンモールに隣接、シャトルバスなしとローカル色が強いです。嫌いなリンスインシャンプーが設置されてました。
