Spacious and clean bedrooms. Comfortable living room

Great location, only a short walk to the beach. Nicely decorated house, well equipped kitchen and perfect size for 4 adults and 2 children.

Mattresses are not the most comfortable but good enough for a weekend stay.

- 10 min walk to the centre of Tenby - Nice new sofas

- property was not very clean (mould on some windows & walls, poor overall cleaning and almost looked un-hoovered and dirty cups) - shower head was virtually falling off so had to be hand held - mattresses very soft and springy - only one bathroom which is accessible via lounge and kitchen - probably not suitable for 6 adults as the smaller room is very small

Misleading to call the house a cottage. Sofas and bed were very uncomfortable making it difficult to relax. Parking was difficultly with a large car. My 4 year son fell over the broken wall to the rear. House could do with some tlc especially to the guest back bedroom.

Property was near to town and other facilities. Everything needed was at the property. Very quick response to any questions we asked. The property was freshly painted and lots of finishing touches.

We needed a toilet upstairs, did not realise the bathroom was going to be downstairs. The bath taps were dripping and the floor was very wet all of the time. Parking was a nightmare.

Clean property and dedicated parking space

No hot water, constantly dripping tap in bathroom. Sofas thin and uncomfortable.
