O Hotel foi uma grata surpresa, atendimento muito bom, desde a recepção, recreação, restaurantes limpeza e manutenção. Piscina coberta bem quentinha, e quadras e lago bem conservado. Reataurante muito bom, durante o final de semana foi no sistema de buffet livre, com boa variedade e qualidade, nao nuito sofisticado, mas muito bem feito, durante a semana, por conta do hotel estar vazio, buffet de saladas e o prato principal a la carte. Menos variedades, mas igualmente bem feito. Voltaremos e indicamos.

"Bom mas ainda precisa melhorar"

Boa infraestrutura mas tiveram 2 problemas em minha estadia. No primeiro dia o som ao vivo estava extremamente alto e foi até as 22:15, o qual só parou após eu ter que reclamar pelo fato estar com um bebê com dificuldade de dormir. O segundo problema foi a demora no check-out, só havia 1 atendente e a espera foi de 30 minutos.

"Exceptional"

Estada muito tranquila e boa. Fomos com o nosso filho (de 1 ano e 9 meses) e conseguimos aproveitar bastante - ele também. Havia atividades para crianças (não sei se é algo sazonal, só neste período de férias), mas foi bem legal. As refeições inclusas no pacote foram outro ponto positivo. Todos os cafés da manhã estavam excelentes. Almoço e janta com bastante variedade - embora nenhum dos itens do buffet fossem maravilhosos, a qualidade era muito boa e havia muitas opções. As acomodações são excelentes. O atendimento de todos no hotel foi nota 10.

Só elogios! O quarto do hotel é super confortável e decoração de muito bom gosto. O banheiro é grande, ótima ducha e super limpo. A parte de entretenimento do hotel é bem legal e tudo está em ótimo estado de conservação, a comida uma delícia, pista de boliche super divertida. Mais o ponto alto do hotel é o atendimento, nunca fui num hotel com tantos funcionários prestativos e educados.

"Bom custo benefício "

Hotel com ótima estrutura e interação para crianças. Bom cardápio de refeições, porém preço bem abusivo de água, vinhos e taxa de rolha Serviço de bar durante o dia estavam um pouco atrapalhados para preparação de drinks que não saíram como esperado. Funcionários extremamente educados. Faltou algumas manutenções no quarto, onde o puxador do armário estava quebrado e as duas pias estavam demorando muito para descer a agua. Por ser um hotel com piscina, falta um varal retrátil dentro do box para deixar a roupa molhada secando.
