"Quase tudo perfeito."

Estadia muito bom, tirando o fato de que a piscina não é realmente aquecida. Fomos em um dia frio e o único divertimento para minha filha (além da recreação que é ótima) era a piscina. Falamos na recepção e nada foi resolvido. Isso foi uma grande decepção.

"Boa opção próximo à capital"

Pontos fortes: instalações bem cuidadas, funcionários atenciosos, com ampla área de lazer e bastante próximo à capital. Ponto negativo: o único contratempo de minha hospedagem foi o ar condicionado, que deixou de refrigerar o quarto durante as duas madrugadas em que me hospedei, fazendo com que a temperatura interna atingisse 25ºC, mesmo com noites frias (ar externo na faixa dos 15ºC). Foi desconfortável dormir à noite, apesar das instalações ótimas do quarto em geral.

"Excelente Hotel de Lazer perto de São Paulo"

Incrível o Hotel, desde o check-in todos os colaboradores muito solícitos e interessados em proporcionar uma estadia agradável ao hóspede. A estrutura de lazer do Hotel é espetacular com Piscina ao ar livre e piscina coberta é aquecida, salão de jogos e até Boliche. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis e o Café da Manhã e Jantar mantém um excelente padrão de qualidade.

"Conforto em meio à natureza "

Experiência acima das expectativas. O hotel é muito bem estruturado, amplo, repleto de atividades e comodidades. O atendimento é excelente e fica em um lugar cercado de natureza.

"Feedback Almenat"

Estadia muito boa, porém com algumas ressalvas : 1 - carpetes dos corredores para os quartos não estavam totalmente limpos. Pareciam que estavam com restos de reforma. 2 - ítens de alimentação não identificados ( minha esposa foi usar o azeite e o mesmo não estava identificado que tinha pimenta. Se ela fosse alérgica a situação poderia ficar pior). 3 - academia estava com poças d’água , inclusive perto de tomadas. Não teve um funcionário para verificar e tomar as providências. 4 - bar da piscina sem nenhum funcionário.

Hotel muito tranquilo, com ótimas instalações para atividades de lazer e de negócios. Quartos amplos, modernos, confortáveis e bem isolados. único porém: check-in muito lento. Um único funcionário para atender a todos: meia-hora de fila.
