Great value for a clean, pleasant room. Perfect for one person. Nice bathroom and had all the necessary amenities. Good customer service regarding the process for requiring a late check-in.

Mattress quite firm. Thin walls so neighbouring rooms were very easily audible. A few little bright lights on electronics in room were a bit annoying for sleeping.

Ac didnt work

The room had not been cleaned before we checked in and the phone was broken to contact staff. Day two consisted of no clean towels, no toilet paper, no clean or tea and coffee. Also a $100 security deposit was not included in the booking information and our motel parking of $35 a day we paid for couldn't fit our vehicle within the parking space due to it being measured for hybrid or small cars. Although the supervisor in charge was prompt but had to come away from his duties to clean and do some maintenance in the room. Microtel Management need to hire more cleaners or new cleaners and meet with staff regularly to monitor their motel. They have a service to provide.
