good location, clean and comfortable.

my room had a vent in the ceiling, and the sound was the same as the low hum of a plane. This and the ironic low ventilation in the room made for a terrible nights sleep and a dry throat. I booked an early check in which was confirmed in an email, but I was told I could not in fact confirm until after 12.. so I had to wait around and check in person after 12. Which is minor, but annoying given i was emailed to say it was confirmed. But value for money, is what it is.

It was so clean and very good value for money. I was impressed.

I arrived at 12pm but to check in (when my room was already ready) it would have costed me $25. This was a shame because it was my first impression of customer service. I think if a room is ready and I have already paid for it, they could rethink their rule as other hotels don’t do that.

Was close to venue we where at during the day

Drain in shower is disgusting. Bed too high and kept hitting toes on the base. Walls paper thin. Absolutely no sleep for 3 nights. Person in room next door had chime music and TV going throughout the night. Said toiletries but no body wash for showering. Wouldn't stay again
