Ideal base for exploring Exinburgh. Within walking distance to all the attractions.

The apartment is in an ideal location and has plenty of room for 4 adults. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and you are provided with tea and coffee but it could have been a bit cleaner as we found crumbs on the work surfaces. There was also a a slight smell in the second bathroom from the drains. There was also quite a big build of of dust in the vent above the bed in the first bedroom. Didn't put us of. Just a bit more attention to cleaning and the place would be perfect.

Great location in the New Town. Spacious modern apartment with two bathrooms.

Could have been cleaner - items from previous occupants still present! No customer service. Requested additional bedding but it never arrived!

Exceptional value for money apartment. Located close to very good bars and restaurants. Comfortable, clean, well equipped (waterfall shower and coffee machine were nice touches as well as being able to control the heating temp) and staff were helpful organising early check-in at no extra cost. Very accommodating. Well exceeded my expectations for the price point and looking forward to staying here again.

Double bed was two singles pushed together so there was a slight dip in the mattress. Parking spaces nearby very limited although this is not the fault of the host.

Beautiful spacious rooms No key to worry about

Nothing really - but would suggest some coat hooks to hang coats. Especially in winter as ni where really to hang bulky winter wet coats .

Was a good sized space

When we arrived the place hadn’t been cleaned from the people before. Found blood on our bed sheets and dirty towels, as well and food on the floor and unwashed dishes.
