"Lovely apartment in the heart of Edinburgh"

Great location and beautiful decorated! Huge amount of space and nice modern facilities. Loved the bathrooms, great showers!

Bedroom with no attached baths bed was pretty hard with pillows needing replacing. There needs to be an out of hours contact with the ability to make decisions we called and emailed and messaged about late check out about late check the afternoon/evening before and when we got through to the scottsman hotel at 9am they said they could not make decisions so just try calling the host which we had done but had gotten no response. It worked out in the end but a contingency plan is needed for OOH

"Convenient place to stay"

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped Appreciated the towels being changed even though only stayed 2 nights Good location, easy walking distance to/from Princes Street.

The customer portal doesn't work properly when trying to complete online check in and checkout. However was kept informed via email and any questions I asked on the customer portal were promptly answered.

Lovely apartment for four of us! Very comfortable beds and excellent showers - it was the perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. Very handy Tesco Express two minutes walk away.

Nothing we didn’t like! It was perfect for our needs and very good value
