"Chambre qui puait la cigarette... nuit blanche."

Facile pour se garer devant, chambres spacieuses.

La VMC fait beaucoup de bruit quand on est dans la salle de bain, qui est assez petite. J'ai choisi un hôtel non-fumeur. La femme de ménage n'a pas senti ou vérifié que la chambre empestait la cigarette. Ils ont scotché les détecteurs de fumée et ont dû fumer les fenêtres fermées. Nous sommes non-fumeurs. On n'a pas dormi de la nuit à cause de l'odeur insupportable de fumée. Nous avions appelé pour changer de chambre, nous étions avec un jeune fils et nous n'avons pas pu trouver le sommeil à cause de l'odeur de cigarette. Nuit blanche. Nous avons demandé le remboursement sur Booking, ils ont dit qu'ils en feraient part à l'hôtel. J'ai demandé un remboursement et jusqu'à aujourd'hui je n'ai rien reçu ! JE SUIS TRÈS INSATISFAITE POUR UNE FOIS DU SERVICE DE BOOKING ET J'ATTENDS TOUJOURS UN GESTE DE LA PART DE L'HÔTEL.

Alles was Tiptop in orde. Zeer ruime kamer , grote bedden, gemakkelijk om de sleutelkaart te krijgen, ruime parkeerplaatsen bij de accomidatie , zeer proper. Voor hethaling vatbaar. Groot terras..
