Kostengünstige und saubere Zimmer.

Die Nicht-Erreichbarkeit von Unterstützung über die gegebene Hotline bei Schwierigkeiten mit der Zugangskarte. Zusätzlich waren diesmal keine Personendaten im Checkin Prozess im System verfügbar. Die Buchung konnte nur umständlich mit einer Reservierungsnummer gefunden werden.

Kein erreichbares Personal, Kaputte Handtücher, Dreckig, Abends Kein Warmwasser, Dreckiger Abfluss Dusche und Waschbecken, Undichte Duschkabine, Schmutzflecken auf der Bettwäsche, Kaputter Ventilator, Dreck klebt am Bett und Nachtkasten

Die Lage in Stadtnähe inkl. kostenlosem Parkplatz ist gut.

Penetranter Rauchergeruch im Zimmer, der auch nach langem Lüften nicht weg war. Bodensauberkeit mässig (Staub). Diesmal fast doppelt so hoher Preis wie sonst.
