Camilo was a great help to us. We had a group of 19 (including children and senior citizens) he always drove us around with a smile safely from place to place. He quickly became part of our group, we looking forward to visiting again and seeing Camilo.

"Perfect beach stop on Colombian tour"

"Exceptional"

The lodgings, grounds, and facility are luxurious. The food is delicious. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Concierge is very helpful and Christian does a great job helping your family get settled and checking on you throughout your stay. Family friendly place where we met some good people. We like the redundant security presence as well. The staff seems well trained and efficient.

The hotel, is excellent, nice beach, delicious food, 5 amazing swimming pool, different activities. And the stuff is perfect, very kindly and friendly, I can notice Armando and Camarillo especially. Rooms are Cozy and comfortable. So I would like to come back to this hotel and recommend it

The hotel itself is beautiful. The food was okay but the worst part is it is in a secluded area. If you are going to relax it is perfect. If you want to experience the culture of Cartagena then you should stay inside the wall

The resort is beautiful. The beach and water are beautiful too. Great service, beautiful view from my room. Highly recommended. Cons? It’s Cartagena, it means happiness, music, warmth people, smiles. I know it’s a French hotel, but hello, the hotel is in Colombia. Tourists want to feel their culture. Employees are too serious and saying madame all the time sounds ridiculous. Not their fault, obviously it’s what they need to do. Music (of course only from the hotel) at the beach would give a nice Caribbean touch. Also, the cocktails (not cheap at all) had little alcohol) The rest, the hotel is amazing. I will come back.

It’s a really nice hotel . Room price is worth it. Price on drinks and food is overpriced compared with what you pay for the room . The quality in the food is excellent. Staff really amazing in general except for the check in process the lady at the front desk was nasty . The rest of the staff were super nice kindly and respectful .
