I think the room should have coffee French men want coffee! Otherwise very good and low noise for a main road.

Male Reception staff lacked motivation we thought they were lifeless. Ladies were fabulous.

The bed was really comfy!

Room was nice, clean and comfy.

Staff was rude. Requested a cappuccino, that I would pay for, in the morning before I was heading out on 8/18/25 and the person at the front just ignored me. Then 20 minutes later said that her co worker would make it but by that time my taxi had arrived. No one said hello to me the whole time I was there. Everyone looked miserable. Staff just ignores you once you have checked in. I asked for a steamer or iron and the only one they had was broken. The day receptionist stated she would find another one and never came back. After a 45 min wait I ask the housekeepers for the steamer and they were nice enough and brought it to me. I am doing a 40 day tour of Europe and this is by far the worst place I have stayed.

L’hôtel est bien situé et agréable. La chambre est plutôt confortable malgré sa taille.

Absence de machine à café, pas de coffre. Très peu d’accessoires mis à disposition. Peu d’espace de rangement.

Cool decor, very clean, exceptionally comfortable and lovely staff. We were given an upgrade to King rooms which had a great view of the avenue. The rooms were so comfortable and clean with great facilities. The bed was very comfy, one of the best sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. Touches like an umbrella, proper hairdryer and huge full length mirror really make a difference and the shower was fantastic- huge with bith rainfall head and a low down separate attachment if you want to keep your hair dry. Great location: within a short walking distance there are a few restaurants, cafes, supermarkets a lovely cocktail bar and a metro station. The bar in the hotel was also fantastic. It's a short drive from Lisbon main centre, which cost less than €5 in an uber or €7 in a local taxi. Would definitely stay again.
