Pool,spacious room,fitness area, kitchen in room

Upon arrival, our room had a very unpleasant odor. Also, don't like that I can't walk out of the room at night without being concerned about questionable people hanging out together in the parking lot. It was probably nothing, but, my girls did not feel safe.

When my wife made the reservation we were looking for a hotel that offered a kitchen in the room. When we got to the hotel and into the room we found out that the dishwasher didn't work and the dishes provided to the room were dirty.

It was an odd experience. The front desk employee that checked us in was wonderful (Amanda) super nice and welcoming. The hotel was pretty empty which made it kind of eerie. We had all of our children with us and needed to use the sleeper sofa. We went down to ask for linens (none were in the room) and they gave them to us with no pillows. We went down to ask for pillows later that night and they gave us ONE, very unwillingly. Literally told my daughter they normally don’t give pillows out and were very hesitant to even give the one. The breakfast was also awkward. We were there a little late at 9:10/9:15, and they not only watched my family eat but would not allow them to bring something upstairs for me. I normally stay upstairs with the baby and they bring me something. They said they weren’t allowed to take the food. NEVER had that happen before. Also the linens and towels had stains on them and the smell in the whole hotel was weird… would never stay again!
