No hay nadie en recepción. Nos dejaron una noche sin poder entrar porque el link que nos enviaron para pagar no funcionaba . Llamé y no me solucionaron nada

Die Lage ist super! In ca. 10 Gehminuten ist die U-Bahnstation Queens Plaza bequem zu erreichen. Es gibt zwei Dachterrassen mit nem netten Ausblick auf Manhattan. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, funktional und optisch ansprechend.

Leider gibt es absolut null Service. Das Hotel und die Zimmer lassen sich mit einem PIN-Code öffnen, der uns ca. 2 Stunden vor Check-in zugesandt wurde. Beim Check-in funktionierte der Code minutengenau, so dass wir vor der Lobby ausharren mussten, bis uns andere Gäste mit herein ließen. Am Abreisetag ließ sich leider nur noch eines unserer Zimmer mit dem Code öffnen, obwohl noch lange keine Check-out Zeit war. Also Vorsicht beim Verlassen, wenn noch Gepäck im Zimmer ist! Eins von zwei Zimmern war ungereinigt, im anderen Raum lag Müll unterm Bett. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es keinen Zimmerservice. Die Lüftung im Bad war in beiden Zimmern nicht spürbar oder defekt. Alles ist sehr hellhörig.

Close to the Queensboro station which makes it very easy to travel to manhattan Free water with ice which in summer is a nice thing. Good space in the kitchen. Nice deck outside.

There was urine in the toilet and the shut off was closed... I had to fix it myself. I complain with customer support because after fixing it the water in the toilet was totally brown, and they never answered. Customer support is completely inexistent. You're on your own and hope you don't have any issues in the hotel. The support number they give is not to contact the hotel directly but a customer support service that you need to trust they will do what they say. I lost my son's soccer ball in the hotel and called many times to see if they could find it, because I was going to be back in New York after a week, but they just said they sent the email to the property manager, who seems to never answer. We were also 4 in the room, but they left only 3 towels. When I claimed the 4th towel, nobody answered... So I had to get it myself in the kitchen which is also a mess of towels, bed sheets, etc.

Der var ikke ordentlig rent. Toilettet gik i stykker på anden dagen, og blev ikke lavet imens vi var der. Vi måtte selv hente toiletpapir, håndsæbe og rene håndklæder . Fik ingen kompensation, vi blev helt ignoreret omkring dette.

L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è arredato davvero con stile e buon gusto. L'accesso all'appartamento è facile e si esegue in autonomia. Rossella, la proprietaria, è stata davvero molto disponibile ed attenta a che tutto fosse a posto. Molto consigliato, ci tornerò sicuramente!

I really enjoyed the location, which was very convenient for exploring NYC. The room was also clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service from Sonder was extremely poor, and my issues were never properly addressed. From the first night, I reported that the air conditioning was not working. The room stayed extremely hot, I was sweating all night, and I even got sick because of the uncomfortable conditions. I contacted customer service more than 10 times during my two-night stay and asked to be moved to another room, but they did not provide any solution. The property manager also told me that the room was just like that and that nothing could be done. Overall, I was very disappointed and was unable to enjoy my stay because of this unresolved issue.
