We had a really great time there and would recommend it and stay there again. The staff went beyond anything and helped us for parking, recommendations, cleaning, and even a few issues where we locked our self out of our room a few times, they took care of it all.

Nothing really to compliant about. I only wish the breakfast had more options but no other complaints.

"Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf gehad."

Supervriendelijk personeel, de jongen bij de receptie heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen bij aankomst en stond altijd voor ons klaar. Mooi hotel, sfeervol, kleinschalig, lekker zwembad. Het meer en centrum is op loopafstand.

"Top hotel!"

Het zwembad was heerlijk, hele mooie binnentuin met een lekkere vibe! Echt top! Locatie was 10 min van Bacalar centrum. En ons huisje was zoo mooi!

Je kon geen snacks of diner bestellen er was alleen ontbijt wat oké was maar weinig aanbod. Personeel achter de bar was onwetend, we bestelde een Gin tonic maar kregen een spa rood met gin.

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel très sympathique. Luis qui parle français nous a très bien accueilli. Les chambres sont spacieuses ont le confort requis et sont propres. La piscine est très agréable avec une petite grotte et une belle végétation autour.

Bar très accueillant mais pas de restauration sur place.

"Probably the most understated yet paradoxically perfect 5* hotel"

Exquisite and unrivaled views over lake Bacalar with multiple scenic points to absorb nature. The most chilled and relaxed 5* I have ever stayed at; no rubbing it in your face or pressures to spend, completely focussed on your stay, relaxation and comfort. Easy access to the lake for swims alongside free kayaking and paddle boarding. Crystal clear pools. Spacious and very comfortable room with great shower and frogs on the balcony! Very helpful, friendly and respectful staff.

Breakfast not included, limited menu choices from restaurant
