Hotel Circulo Bacalar

Un trato excelente, super amables todo el personal, l@s chicos en el desayuno muy atentos, mi mascota Sofi la pasó muy bien, buena ubicación, a solo unas cuadras del centro. La habitación muy bien.

Location is good - short walk to the centre of town and the lagoon, but also quiet at night so we could sleep well. The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful, especially Luis on the front desk.

Only thing was we were asked to wait while our room was checked at the end of our stay - not a problem except we needed to leave quickly to catch our bus! So just giving more warning about this would be handy :)

If you don’t need a lot of luxe, but appreciate beautiful, creative design and friendly and competent staff, this hotel is for you. Just amazing the use of space and the thought that went into every detail of the layout. We applaud the architect. Yet it’s simple…. No “extras” like hairdryers, irons… but you can borrow from the desk.

Luis nous a super bien accueilli, et en francais, un vrai plus. Après l'installation, il propose de créer un whattapp pour mieux repondre a nos questions, besoins .... Luis nous a réservé notre formidable sortie en catamaran, conseillé d'excellents restau, une perle. L'hotel est bien situé à 2 pas de la place principale, calme avec 1 parking privé. Les chambres sont grandes avec télé, clim et mini frigo bien pratique. La douche a une pression correcte, rare au mexique. La piscine est de taille correcte et au calme. Le ti dej est servi de 8h à 11h, voir 12h, n'est pas gigantesque mais de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts. Mattéo est au petit soin pour que votre journée commence bien et douce. Une fontaine a eau est dispo au niveau du bar, et gratuite.

La largeur des lits (140cm), juste pour 2 adultes, ca ne se voit quasiment plus. Le manque de transat à la piscine, 3 seulement et quelques fauteuils. Le droit de fumer autour de la piscine.

Wunderbares, charmantes, sauberes & gemütliches Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Zentral gelegen. Schöner bepflanzter Innenhof mit Pool. Ein Bijou, das von ausserhalb der Mauern nicht als solches wahrgenommen wird. :) Danke schön! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Bacalar, diesem paradiesischen Ort!

Beautiful place, the pool area is lovely to chill after a long day at the lagoon. Room was perfect and beds comfortable. Special thanks to Luis, helped us book a lovely trip on the lagoon, always there to help us out if we needed anything! He gave us the best tip for dinner, we had a lovely time! Also thanks to Carlos! Recommend coming here if you want to stay in Bacalar.

10 min walk from the center, breakfast wasn’t great.

Tout était parfait , accueil de Luis qui parle français, le cadre, la tranquillité, la gentillesse du personnel , l’emplacement. Allez y les yeux fermés
