Très bien placé, calme, verdoyant. Un cadre idyllique. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Personnel très agréable. Logement propre et spacieux donnant directement un accès à la piscine. Très bien je recommande

"Top hotel!"

Het hotel is superleuk opgebouwd met verschillende kleine gebouwtjes. Wij sliepen in een condo met patio voor het zwembad, dus we hadden lekker veel ruimte! De bedden zijn erg goed. Het huisje zelf is erg mooi en best insectenvrij. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en erg goed. Het ontbijt is ook erg lekker. We vonden het chill dat het hotel niet in het centrum direct ligt. Zo kun je nog wat meer van de inwoners van Bacalar zien. Het voelde iets authentieker daardoor. We hebben 's avonds nog een paar keer in het zwembad gezwommen en lekker een biertje gedronken. Top hotel!

"Great hotel, great staff, great location"

Fantastic hotel, clean, quiet, great facilities. Every member of staff we came across was genuinely so kind and accommodating. The extra-large bed was amazing, best nights of sleep in a long time. Great location, about 10 mins walk from the centre, 15 mins from the lagoon.

Not a deal-breaker at all but I don’t recommend the breakfast as there isn’t much to eat and it is quite expensive.

"Cute little place"

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean.

Parking was super tight, was looking forward to breakfast but it was kinda awkward when we went out there, couldn't tell if it was a sit down kinda thing or a very very small buffet type... we ended up going somewhere else.

Vraiment très bien!! Très bon accueil de la part de toute l’équipe, chambre super, l’ambiance bar / piscine est top:) À 7/8min à pied du centre de Bacalar!
