Las instalaciones del hotel son bonitas y cómodas. Un paisaje excepcional. La comida rica y a precios justos.

Al hotel le falta administración, mayor cantidad de empleados y orden. Teníamos que reclamar por cosas básicas que el hotel incluía pero que fallaron en nuestra estadía, por ejemplo, las habitaciones no tenía agua caliente hasta que reclamamos por ello y después de mucho insistir arreglaron un registro de agua que estaba defectuoso. Los empleados se demoraban mucho tiempo para arreglar las habitaciones, mucho tiempo para preparar los almuerzos. En general, cuenta con pocos empleados y se distraen.

Se retrasaron 1 hora en la entrega de habitación, nos entregaron toallas húmedas, el jacuzzi lleno de moscas.
