El hotel es muy tranquilo, ideal para compartir en familia. Las instalaciones están en buen estado y las habitaciones son cómodas. La comida en general es buena, aunque la oferta de comida rápida podría mejorar. Los desayunos son variados, lo cual se valora mucho. Además, los meseros son muy serviciales y atentos, lo que hace la experiencia aún más agradable.

Las toallas de la habitación podrían estar en mejores condiciones.

La cama cómoda

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy insatisfactoria. Encontré varios problemas que considero importantes mencionar: Desorden en el parqueadero. En recepción la información sobre servicios, medios de comunicación y funcionamiento fue escasa. La habitación tenía elementos deteriorados y el teléfono no funcionaba. En el restaurante la atención fue deficiente: no había servilletas disponibles, hubo demora en la entrega del pedido y el personal mostró una actitud muy pasiva. El wifi no está disponible en todas las instalaciones, a diferencia de lo que se anuncia. El precio cobrado no corresponde con la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos. En general, la estadía no cumplió con lo prometido ni con lo esperado.
