La atención de todos los colaboradores del hotel fué excelente, todos dispuestos a apoyar siempre. El trato incluso para Aria (mi perrita) fué excepcional. Nos encantó la comida y bebidas, variedad en ambos en los diferentes restaurantes. Lo limpio y temperatura de las albercas 10/10. Cuartos limpios y cama cómoda. Gym con lo básico para entrenar pero muy cómodo. Sin duda una experiencia increíble.

Como siempre en todo hay areas de oportunidad y una de ellas podría ser que cuiden los alrededores y debajo de algunos cuartos del hotel pues se alcanzaba a ver algo de tuberías, basura, cosas de construcción que quitan un poco la magia de la naturaleza. Podrian tener un poco más de variedad en alimentos en el pantry o estarlos variando algunos días.

"GRAN HOTEL"

Desde nuestra llegada la atención del personal de recepción fue excelente, muy amable y atentos. Por el cupo del hotel nos brindaron una mejor habitación. Las instalaciones estuvieron limpias y comodas. Todo el personal del hotel fueron muy amables siempre, meseros , personal de limpieza , personal del transporte etc. La comida siempre fue variable y muy rica.

Que se terminaron rápido nuestras vacaciones 🏕️. Pero volveremos , un lugar definitivamente 100% recomendado para descansar y disfrutar en familia.

"Disappointing experience of long time patrons"

This was our sixth stay at Delta, and it has long been one of our favorite resorts. Unfortunately, during this visit we noticed several changes that significantly affected our experience. The biggest issue is the integration of the neighboring property into the Delta offering. Guests staying there now have access to Delta’s pools and facilities, which has made the resort noticeably more crowded. One of Delta’s greatest strengths was its exclusivity and tranquility. We choose this hotel and are willing to pay premium rates not only for the rooms themselves, but also for the atmosphere, comfort, and overall experience that come with it. By combining facilities for two properties with different price points, that atmosphere inevitably changes. Another disappointment was the decline in food quality and service compared to our previous stays. We also noticed that there are now fewer shaded loungers around the pools. Combined with the increased number of guests, it has become difficult to find a comfortable shaded spot. Unfortunately, the overall experience no longer feels as comfortable and relaxing as it once did. As long as the current arrangement remains in place, we do not see ourselves returning.
