Voy a dar mi opinión sincera, es un hotel hermoso a pesar de no estar a pie de playa te facilitan el llevarte al club de playa del hotel pero tristemente el personal del hotel no esta preparado para tanta gente, el personal es muy amable y es lo que hace amena la estadía pero les falta gente, 100% volvería pero en temporada baja, les recomiendo a Gladys del bar xaman, es la mejor bartender y también el señor del lobby, sin duda hacen unas bebidas deliciosas, el hotel es para relajación pero sin duda hay ambiente también!

Traveled as a family of three with our three year old in April and had such a wonderful time! Service was lovely! Special thanks to Carmen the lifeguard, LuLu, Ulises, Jonathan (and all the guys at the Jungle Bar), Guadalupe, Alejandro, Itzel, Maria, and countless others! Every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and so warm towards our son. I was a little nervous about the food based on some other reviews - if you cannot find something tasty and nutritious here then YOU might be the problem. 🤣 But in all seriousness, food was fresh - produce and fruit options were so fresh! The food truck for lunch was so fun. We enjoyed ceviche by the pool almost every day - made to order! We also lost two items (a Sun hat for my child and his water bottle) and security recovered both - special thanks to them! Movie night for the kids is so thoughtful and fun with tents and snacks. Shuttle for the beach ran right on time. Room was clean, grounds were clean. Pools and lazy river were so nice! The Aqua Jungle and slides were so fun for all three of us! Gym was clean, had plenty of equipment and weights for a nice work out. We were seriously so sad to leave. Thank you so much for a truly enjoyable vacation!

Spent 2-weeks at this amazing all-inclusive resort in April 2026. From the amazing hotel staff at check-in, recognizing our Marriott status with a room upgrade, to the personal tour from Omar (A legend!) with the shuttle to our room in building 6, the bar was set high and never failed to disappoint. The facility is located in the hills nestled in the jungle, peaceful and serene. There’s a shuttle that takes you to their private beach club, that’s an amazing place to get your sunny beach fix. I lost count at all the different pool options, always with space for sun seekers or shade seekers alike. Family with small kids or couples looking for quiet, will find the perfect place to spend your day. From the room to the pools to restaurants and property grounds, the place is spotless! I literally couldn’t find a single piece of garbage. For dining options, in the 2 weeks we spent there, I still didn’t get the opportunity to experience every dining option. From the buffet restaurants, to the pool bar food, to the specialty Japanese restaurant, the food was always fresh, healthy, and generous with options for everyone’s needs. Finally, what sets this hotel apart from similar options, is the professionalism and passion of all the staff. They are truly the best ambassadors for their hotel, and country. Particular recognition and appreciation to Musio & Claudia & Linda at Salt & Thyme, Nial, Ulises & Suzane at Huichol Covina, and Benny & Alejandro at the Press Start Bar. These men and women are truly passionate about what they do! If you’re looking for an all-inclusive getaway, for family or couples, the Delta Hotel By Marriott Nayarit is truly the best value for your vacation money. I can’t wait to go back!

Excelente estadía. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, las albercas son de agua tibia, el hotel es grande, siempre el personal atento y muy amable.

Al llegar al hotel, todo el personal es muy atento. Pero carece de información, si no descargas la app no te das cuenta de los eventos, las bebidas de cortesías solo tengan cuidado. Considero que faltan restaurantes a la carta
